The program prepares students for various employment opportunities, including roles in recruitment and selection, training and development, reward management, consulting, career development, human resource planning, and general management. It also sets the foundation for advancing to senior management positions.

Typically, applicants should hold a minimum of a 2:2 UK first degree or an equivalent international qualification recognized by UK ENIC. Alternatively, five years of work experience at a senior managerial level may be considered in lieu of a first degree.
Proficiency in English language is required, with an average IELTS score of 6.0 or its equivalent in any other approved test. No component of the test should have a score below 5.5.
Additionally, applicants are generally expected to have two years or more of work experience at a managerial or supervisory level.
DBA/ PhD
The MBA Human Resource Management program will provide students with a solid foundation in general business management while also imparting specialized skills in Human Resource management. This dual focus is designed to empower students to excel in their chosen field.
Part I
Compulsory modules:
Financial Management
Upon successfully finishing the Financial Management module, the student should be capable of showcasing the ability to:
- Research, apply, and assess a range of financial evaluation techniques applicable to a case study.
- Research, evaluate, and engage in critical discussions on various issues and theoretical frameworks employed in the management and control of financial resources.
Human Resource Management
Upon successfully completing the Human Resource Management module, the student should be capable of:
- Critically reviewing and appraising current research and advanced scholarship to evaluate managerial and business environments.
- Demonstrating a systematic understanding of current issues in HRM and IHRM within various organizations, enabling effective management in designing and implementing fair, efficient, and effective policies and procedures. These should align with the strategic aims of the organization.
Marketing Management
After successfully finishing the Marketing Management module, the student should possess the ability to:
- Critically evaluate key marketing activities and assess the contribution of the marketing department to the organization.
- Anticipate and critically assess future developments in the field of marketing, with a particular focus on technological advancements.
Strategic Management
Upon successfully completing the Strategic Management module, the student should be capable of:
- Synthesizing the relationship between the external context of an organization and its internal context, understanding their impact on its strategies.
- Critically evaluating competitive and development strategies within the framework of contemporary strategic management issues.
- Assessing the factors that must be considered in the implementation of strategies.
Specialist modules:
Managing People
Upon successfully completing the Managing People module, the student should be able to showcase the ability to:
- Identify and critically appraise the role of Human Resource Management in employee recruitment, development, and engagement within competitive and international contexts.
- Develop a critical appreciation of the issues associated with managing a complex and diverse workforce, focusing on both organizational success and workforce wellbeing.
Managing Performance
Upon successfully completing the Managing Performance module, the student should be able to exhibit the ability to:
- Identify and critically analyze the role of Human Resource Management in managing and enhancing employee and organizational performance.
- Critically appreciate the practices available to support, improve, and attain competitive advantage and high performance.
