Duration: 1-year full time

Class: 2-3 days per week
Typically, candidates are required to hold a minimum of a 2:2 UK first degree or an equivalent international qualification recognized by UK ENIC. Alternatively, applicants may substitute the first degree requirement with five years of work experience at a senior managerial level.
Proficiency in the English language is essential, with a minimum average IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent in any other approved test). No individual score should fall below 5.5 in any component of the test.
In addition, applicants are generally expected to have a minimum of two years of work experience at a managerial or supervisory level.
Part I: Compulsory Modules
Financial Management:
- Apply and evaluate various financial assessment techniques in a case study.
- Critically discuss issues and theoretical frameworks in the management and control of financial resources.
Human Resource Management:
- Review and appraise current research and advanced scholarship for evaluating managerial and business environments.
- Demonstrate a systematic understanding of current HRM and IHRM issues for effective policy and procedure implementation.
Marketing Management:
- Appraise key marketing activities and the marketing department’s contribution to the organization.
- Anticipate and critically evaluate future developments in marketing, especially through technology.
Strategic Management:
- Synthesize the relationship between an organization’s external and internal contexts and their impact on strategies.
- Evaluate competitive and development strategies in the context of contemporary strategic management issues.
- Assess factors influencing strategy implementation.
Specialist Modules:
Creativity, Innovation and Intellectual Property (CIIP):
- Recognize and reflect upon the importance of creativity and innovation.
- Develop critical and evaluative abilities to deconstruct problems and propose solutions in management.
- Evaluate Innovation and Intellectual Property issues in the global marketplace.
Entrepreneurship:
- Apply and evaluate concepts and knowledge about enterprise and entrepreneurship from various perspectives.
- Evaluate and review entrepreneurial and enterprise opportunities.
