Upon completing the program successfully, students are invited to further their studies in our Doctor of Business Administration program.

Typically, applicants are required to have at least a 2:2 UK first degree or an equivalent international qualification recognized by UK ENIC. Alternatively, candidates may substitute the first degree requirement with five years of work experience at a senior managerial level.
Proficiency in the English language is essential, with an average IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent in any other approved test. No individual score should be below 5.5 in any test component.
In addition, candidates are generally expected to have a minimum of two years of work experience at a managerial or supervisory level.
DBA/ PhD
The MBA General Management program will furnish students with comprehensive knowledge in business management, establishing a strong foundation across various methodologies.
Part I – Compulsory Modules:
Financial Management:
- Apply, evaluate, and research diverse financial assessment techniques for case studies.
- Critically discuss theoretical frameworks in the management and control of financial resources.
Human Resource Management:
- Critically review and appraise current research to evaluate managerial and business environments.
- Demonstrate a systematic understanding of HRM and IHRM issues, managing the design and implementation of effective policies and procedures.
Marketing Management:
- Critically appraise key marketing activities and the marketing department’s contribution.
- Anticipate and evaluate future developments in marketing, especially through technology.
Strategic Management:
- Synthesize the relationship between an organization’s external and internal context and their impact on strategies.
- Critically evaluate competitive and development strategies, considering contemporary strategic management issues.
- Assess factors crucial for strategy implementation.
Entrepreneurship:
- Apply and evaluate enterprise and entrepreneurship concepts from various perspectives.
- Evaluate and review entrepreneurial and enterprise opportunities.

Corporate Finance:
- Understand key themes in modern corporate finance and their relevance to business capital structure and corporate governance.
- Develop a critical understanding of financing decisions in modern economies.
International Business:
- Critically evaluate features contributing to the international business environment and key decisions underpinning international organizational strategy.
- Evaluate different modes of engagement with international markets, exploring interconnectedness with economic, legal, governmental, political, regulatory, cultural, and other environments.
- Conduct informed research into international business issues.
International Marketing:
- Critically compare the impact of cultural differences and similarities in a marketing context.
- Identify and reflect on contemporary ethical and practical marketing frameworks within a global context.
