This program is open to both domestic and international applicants
It is designed to impart the academic and practical skills required for the analysis and contemplation of advanced issues in bank and financial management. These skills are pertinent to a broad spectrum of financial scenarios, markets, and organizations.
Upon successfully finishing this program, students are encouraged to pursue further studies in our Doctor of Business Administration program. It is important to note that, owing to the size of student cohorts, the University may recommend opting for an alternative pathway.
This MBA program is geared towards securing employment opportunities within multinational organizations. Additionally, it is applicable in the small business sector, where the globalization of business is becoming increasingly significant, and possessing a diverse set of skills is essential.

Typically, applicants are required to have at least a 2:2 UK first degree or an equivalent international qualification recognized by UK ENIC. Alternatively, candidates may substitute the first-degree requirement with five years of work experience at a senior managerial level.
Proficiency in the English language is essential, with an average IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent in any other approved test. No individual score should be below 5.5 in any test component.
In addition, candidates are generally expected to have a minimum of two years of work experience at a managerial or supervisory level.
DBA/ PhD
The MBA Information Management program will provide students with comprehensive business management knowledge along with specialized Information Management skills, empowering them to excel in their chosen field.
Part I – Compulsory Modules:
Financial Management
Upon successfully completing the Financial Management module, students should be able to:
- Research, apply, and evaluate various financial assessment techniques for use in a case study.
- Research, evaluate, and critically discuss different issues and theoretical frameworks used in the management and control of financial resources.
Human Resource Management
Upon successful completion of the Human Resource Management module, students should be able to:
- Critically review and appraise current research and advanced scholarship to assess managerial and business environments.
- Demonstrate a systematic understanding of current issues in HRM (Human Resource Management) and IHRM (International Human Resource Management) within various organizations to effectively manage the design and implementation of equitable, efficient, and effective policies and procedures that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Marketing Management
Upon successfully completing the Marketing Management module, students should be able to:
- Critically appraise key marketing activities and the marketing department’s contribution to the organization.
- Anticipate and critically evaluate future developments in the field of marketing, especially through technology.
Strategic Management
Upon successful completion of the Strategic Management module, students should be able to:
- Synthesize the relationship between an organization’s external and internal contexts and their impact on its strategies.
- Critically evaluate competitive and development strategies in the context of contemporary strategic management issues.
- Assess the factors that must be considered in strategy implementation.
Specialist Modules:
E-Business Strategy
Upon successfully completing the e-Business Strategy module, students should be able to:
- Critically and systematically apply current and emerging e-business themes or applications, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the methods, techniques, and technologies needed to rapidly develop an e-business application for a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME).
- Critically evaluate the drivers and challenges associated with selected contemporary e-business applications or themes and the impact of their use in organizations.
Business Decision Making
Upon successfully completing the Business Decision-Making module, students should be able to:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive and systematic understanding of various quantitative models and approaches used in business decision-making, defending the appropriate decision-making tools and techniques and applying them to scenarios in operations management.
- Provide effective advice on managing information resources through information systems and evaluate the critical factors and methodologies involved in designing and implementing information systems.
Part 2
